What do you do all day? I’m a professor at Baylor where I teach World History, Church History, and Women’s History.

What is the one food you would never give up?

Is caffeine a food? Coffee, Diet Coke (preferably w/splenda), and I have to admit chocolate……

What was your favorite TV show growing up?

Star Trek the Next Generation. Yes, it is true.

What’s your worst pet peeve?

Referring to the medieval era as the DARK AGES!!!!!

What was your least favorite subject in high school?

Math—hands down

What crazy fads were popular when you were a teenager?

Everything which is back in style now!—skinny jeans, off the shoulder shirts, big earrings (we called them doorknockers), stirrup pants, leggings, etc. etc.
